What is the difference between the tour packages? We now offer four distinct ways to experience our “brewstillery,” ranging from an introductory tour to a full culinary immersion:
- Discovery Tour (£33 + booking fee): Our standard entry-level experience. Includes a 75-minute guided tour followed by tastings of our Uile-bheist Lager and Colpach blended whisky.
- The River Ness Flight (£50 + booking fee): This experience focuses on a broader range of our craft. It includes the full guided tour plus an expanded tasting flight of four signature craft beers and a dram of our signature blended malt.
- Taste of the Highlands (£60 + booking fee): Designed for those who want to pair their visit with local cuisine. This package includes the guided tour and a shorter tasting (1 beer, 1 malt), followed by a premium three-course dinner in our restaurant showcasing seasonal Highland produce.
- The Uile-bheist Signature Experience (£80 + booking fee): Our most comprehensive package. It combines the full guided tour, the complete flight of four craft beers, the signature blended malt, and the premium three-course dinner.
Is the Accessibility Tour still available?
Yes, we continue to offer a dedicated Accessibility Tour for £33pp (+ £1.65 booking fee). This guided tour follows an accessible route through the distillery and brewery and includes tastings of our whisky and beer.
Do you still offer “New Make Spirit” during the tastings?
Not currently. Our beer and matured Colpach blends are available allowing you to taste the very foundation of our future single malt.
What is the booking fee?
The current standard booking fee for our tours (such as the Discovery or Accessibility tours) is £1.65 per person. For our premium packages (River Ness Flight, Taste of the Highlands, and Signature Experience), the booking fee will be added at the time of checkout.
