OUR BEERS
Located in Inverness at the very heart of the Scottish Highlands,
Uile-bheist distillery and brewery produce small batch artisan and craft whisky, along with locally brewed beer, all to be experienced at our newly commissioned visitor experience on the banks of the River Ness.
From opening we will be producing five core styles of beer - Craft Lager, Pale Ale, IPA, White IPA and Stout.
The River Ness is literally at the heart of everything we do, with all of the water used in the brewing and distillation process being sourced from the river, as well as powering our on-site sustainability centre.

DARK HORSE
A complex blend of caramelised and roasted barleys along with Scottish oats create a dark and brooding stout that has punchy chocolate and espresso on the nose and a smooth creamy finish.

Scottish Oatmeal Stout
5% ABV
INVERNESS UNFILTERED
WHITE WITCH
Our only unfiltered beer. We leave the yeast in this east coast style IPA to accentuate the fruity esters that the yeast provides. This complements the fruit forward hops used and low bitterness and results in a beer that drinks like a fruit smoothie.
