UILE-BHEIST WHISKY CASKS PROGRAMME
The first new distillery to be built in Inverness for 130 years, Uile-bheist is an independent modern distillery using some of the most advanced stills in Scotland, engineered by world-renowned coppersmiths Kaspar Schulz. Our whisky production methods are innovative and original, while maintaining principles of Single Malt Scotch Whisky production which have remained unchanged for hundreds of years in the Highlands of Scotland.
Meet our Master Distiller
Our whisky has been designed and overseen by our Master Distiller,
Bruce Smith, who combines a Masters Degree in Brewing & Distilling from Heriot-Watt University with a wealth of experience in the craft beer industry. Having worked extensively with maturing beer in oak casks, Bruce is applying new world craft beer principles to the Scotch Whisky industry.

We will only be producing around 200 casks per year, making our whisky one of the rarest in the country.

Only 100 casks of Uile-bheist Single Malt are being made available to the public in this, our first year of production, making it one of the rarest whiskies in the country.
