Meet our Master Brewer
Meet Lukas, our accomplished head brewer, hailing from the brewing epicentre of Bamberg, Bavaria. With a solid foundation built through a three-year apprenticeship at Brauerei Neder and four years of hands-on experience in every facet of production, including a tenure as head of the brewhouse, Lukas brings a wealth of expertise to our brewery. His passion for brewing led him to attend the brew- and maltmaster course at the renowned Doemens Academy. Lukas’s brewing philosophy revolves around crafting beers that strike a perfect balance between complexity and approachability, ensuring each sip is a delightful experience for all.
Beyond his dedication to brewing, Lukas’s curiosity extends to the realm of spirits, leading him to the Scottish Highlands to explore the secrets of whisky distillation. With Lukas at the helm of our brewing operations, we proudly offer a selection of beers that showcase his commitment to quality, precision, and innovation.
